Introduction

This site is a fan site that revives “Ramen Jiro Online”, which existed on Yahoo! GeoCities until 2019, as faithfully as possible with some adjustments.

The original site was very important to me, and I often visited various Ramen Jiro shops, relying on the information from that site. I was deeply saddened when it closed in 2019.

With a desire to recreate such a site, I launched this one, mimicking the original design and review format as much as possible. Since I’m not a big eater, the ramen I report on is mainly medium-sized.
