Spices on the table:On the table, there are seasonings like shichimi chili powder, pepper, and soy sauce tare. Additionally, garlic vinegar is available above the ticket machine.

Cutlery on the table:No soup spoons are provided, and only plastic chopsticks are available. No tissues or business cards.

Char-siu Pork:The pork is the orthodox large, thick-cut type. It’s not too tender or too dry, providing a satisfying bite.

Soup:The soup is mildly emulsified, with the sharpness of the soy sauce tare complemented by rich and sweet flavors.

Boiled vegetables:The vegetables are about 60% bean sprouts and 40% cabbage, with a slightly higher amount of cabbage, cooked to a crisp (“shaki-shaki”) texture.

Garlic:The garlic is small to medium-sized cloves, with a mild flavor that complements the dish without being overly spicy.
