Staff:The staff includes a former member of the Self-Defense Forces, and the owner, who loves the band “Maximum the Hormone,” trained at locations such as Yaen-kaido JIRO. With the owner being an ex-Self-Defense Force member, the kitchen is run in an orderly manner.

Spices on the table:On the table, there are seasonings like pepper and ichimi chili powder. Sometimes curry powder and other spices are placed above the water dispenser.

Cutlery on the table:Only disposable chopsticks are provided, with soup spoons available. Tissues are provided, but there are no business cards.

BGM:The background music is J-pop.

Free Toppings:The toppings are the usual ones.

“Ramen (Free toppings are back fat, soy sauce and garlic. Paid topping is sliced ginger)”

Noodles:The noodles are flat and fairly thick, with a strong straight texture. The cooking is medium, making them easy to eat. The portion size is about the standard for Jiro-style ramen.

Char-siu Pork:The pork is a large, moderately thick slice of branded pork (Gunji pork), with a tenderness that’s just shy of falling apart. Delicious.

Soup:The soup is non-emulsified and has a strong, straightforward FZ soy sauce flavor. The added ginger topping stands out in taste.

Boiled vegetables:The vegetables are about a 7:3 ratio of bean sprouts to cabbage, and they are cooked to a medium level.

Garlic:The garlic consists of small to medium-sized cloves with a slight spicy kick.
